Embroidery
Embroidery
Embroidery adds a clean and professional look to any garment. It’s perfect for logos, names, and simple designs that need to hold up for years of wear. From polos and jackets to hats and bags, embroidery gives your branding a premium, durable finish that stands out.

When Embroidery Makes Sense
Embroidery works best for smaller, simpler designs like left-chest logos, hat fronts, or text-based designs. Because each design is stitched using thread (not printed with ink), fine details, thin lines, and tiny text don’t translate as well as bold shapes and clear lettering.
It’s ideal for:
- Company polos and uniforms
- Custom hats and beanies
- Jackets, hoodies, and workwear
- Bags, aprons, and accessories
If you want your design to have a long-lasting, upscale feel - embroidery is the way to go.

How Pricing Works
Embroidery pricing depends on several factors:
- Number of stitches in your design (more stitches = more time and thread)
- Number of embroidery locations (front, back, sleeve, etc.)
- Quantity of garments being embroidered
- Type of garment or material being used
Before production, each design is digitized, which means it’s converted into a file that tells the embroidery machine exactly how to sew your artwork. This one-time setup fee ensures your design stitches cleanly, with the right density, direction, and layering.
Once a design is digitized, it can be reused on future orders with no additional setup fee - making reorders simple and affordable.

Choosing the Right Garment
The fabric and thickness of a garment affect how well embroidery stitches hold and how clean the final result looks.
We recommend choosing blanks with a tighter weave and medium-to-heavy weight for the best results.
If you’re unsure what will work best for your logo or design, we can help you select the right items - from soft tees and polos to heavy hoodies and caps.

Smaller Orders and Alternatives
We can embroider small or large quantities. Unlike screenprinting, embroidery prices do not scale UP for smaller orders, but do scale DOWN for larger orders.
Keep in mind there will always be a digitizing fee for new designs, which can make smaller orders seem much more expensive.
