Project Spotlight: Sound Bites Nutrition, LLC

Posted by Derek Drifmeyer on

We recently completed a large, multi-item production run for Sound Bites Nutrition, LLC in Pleasant Ridge, Cincinnati/

What We Produced

This job involved three separate products, each with its own specifications and production considerations:

  • 500 shirts featuring a 3-color screen print of the “Eat, Drink and Be Dairy” design

  • 780 tote bags printed with the same “Eat, Drink and Be Dairy” artwork

  • 650 shirts with a 4-color screen print of the “Cultured” design

Managing multiple garment types and two different print setups required careful scheduling, precise color matching, and consistent quality control across the entire run.

Production & Quality

Both designs were produced using traditional screen printing to ensure durability, clean registration, and consistent color across hundreds of impressions. Special attention was paid to ink opacity and alignment, particularly on the 4-color “Cultured” shirts, where small shifts can quickly become noticeable at scale.

The tote bags presented their own challenges, as fabric weight and texture can affect ink laydown. Test prints and adjustments ensured the final result was bold, readable, and consistent from the first bag to the last.

Delivery & Fulfillment

Once production was complete, all items were carefully packed and delivered directly to the National Dairy Council warehouse in Waukegan, Illinois. Coordinating delivery for a shipment of this size is just as important as the printing itself, and everything arrived ready for distribution.

The Result

This project is a good example of handling high-volume orders with multiple SKUs while maintaining consistency and print quality throughout. We’re glad to support Sound Bites Nutrition, LLC with materials that help their message reach a wide audience.
